I bought about a yard and a half of this really cool BLACKLIGHT ACTIVATED galaxy lycra a few years back in Las Vegas. It has been sitting around in one of my fabric bins since I made the skirt it was intended for shortly after it was purchased. I decided to get creative with the scraps I had left by turning the into yoga pants.

I sketched out a pattern with no draft, and a few hours later I had these babies. I dot normally like flared or bell bottoms, but it felt necessary to show off as much fabric as possible.

I can’t wait to make more pairs for myself and friends.
