How fun is this skirt ??!?!! This fabric was one that just spoke to me while I was shopping the other day; the moment I saw it I knew I had to have it.  

I’m slowly working on building a closet of nightlife clothes for myself to wear and I thought this fabric would make a really nice piece. I chose to make an A-line skirt because I have a pattern with my exact measurements; I’ve made one of two in the past.

The fabric has a slight two-way stretch making it easy for the skirt to slip on and off without needed a closure.

I love these pictures because my makeup looks amazing and I made both the top and skirt! I wore this look to family dinner at a friends house with a denim jacket to cover up a little, then went out to an EDM show in LA with a very full belly.

BTW- I made a promise to myself, after the project of course, that this would be the last until I finished everything for EDC! :p
